By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

All information provided is accurate and not misleading.

 

The property is available for rent.

 

MENA.RENT does not guarantee listing performance, inquiries, or rental outcomes.

 

3. Listing Duration and Payment

 

Listings are active for a fixed period (typically 30 days) from the time of submission.

No commissions are charged

No contracts are required

Listings automatically expire at the end of the paid period

All payments are final unless otherwise stated.

 

4. Content and Image Guidelines

 

All listing content must be accurate, clear, and directly related to the rental property.

All listing photos must be directly related to the rental property.

MENA.RENT reserves the right to remove any image that is irrelevant, misleading, or inappropriate, at its sole discretion.

Listings may be modified or removed without refund if they do not meet these standards.

Users may not upload:

Irrelevant or stock images not representing the property

Misleading descriptions

Offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

 

5. Prohibited Use

 

Users agree not to:

Submit false or fraudulent listings

Impersonate another person or business

Use the platform for illegal activity

Attempt to disrupt or manipulate the website

MENA.RENT reserves the right to remove listings or restrict access at any time.

 

6. No Guarantees

 

MENA.RENT does not guarantee:

Rental success

Tenant quality

Accuracy of user-submitted content

Continuous availability of the platform

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

MENA.RENT is not responsible for:

Any agreements made between users

Financial losses

Property damage

Disputes between landlords and renters

Users are fully responsible for their own decisions and interactions.

 

8. Privacy

 

MENA.RENT collects only the information necessary to operate the platform.

We do not sell user data.

Users are responsible for any contact information they choose to share in listings.

 

9. Modifications

 

MENA.RENT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

MENA.RENT does not offer paid services or process payments for users, listings, or transactions connected to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk, or any other region restricted under applicable sanctions laws or payment processor policies.

 

MENA.RENT reserves the right to restrict access to services or refuse transactions in order to remain compliant with payment processor, banking, and international compliance requirements.
