Listing Rules

 

To keep MENA.RENT clean, useful, and trusted, all listings must follow these rules.

 

1. Keep It Real

 

Listings must describe a real rental property

All details must be accurate and current

Do not exaggerate or mislead

 

2. Photos Must Match the Property

 

All listing photos must be directly related to the rental property.

MENA.RENT reserves the right to remove any image that is irrelevant, misleading, or inappropriate, at its sole discretion.

Listings may be modified or removed without refund if they do not meet these standards.

 

3. Use Clear Descriptions

 

Describe the property clearly

Include useful details (area, layout, features)

Avoid spam, symbols, or unnecessary repetition

 

4. Property Type Must Be Correct

 

Select the correct property type:

Apartment

Villa

Studio

Room

Other

Incorrect classifications may be removed.

 

5. Pricing Must Be Honest

 

Enter the correct monthly rent

Do not hide fees or mislead users

Use the correct currency where possible

 

6. Contact Information

 

Provide valid contact details

 

Be reachable by interested renters

MENA.RENT is not responsible for missed inquiries.

 

7. No Prohibited Content

 

Do not upload or include:

Offensive or illegal content

Irrelevant images

Fake or duplicate listings

Non-rental content

 

8. One Property Per Listing

 

Each listing must represent a single rental property.

Do not group multiple properties into one listing.

 

9. Duplicate Listings

 

Users may not submit identical or repeated listings for the same property.

However, multiple listings for the same property are allowed if:

The content is clearly different

Each listing provides unique value or presentation

MENA.RENT reserves the right to remove exact duplicate or spam-like listings

 

10. Enforcement

 

MENA.RENT reserves the right to:

Edit listings

Remove listings

Restrict users

at any time, without notice.

Sanctioned & Restricted Regions

 

MENA.RENT does not offer paid services or process payments for users, listings, or transactions connected to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk, or any other region restricted under applicable sanctions laws or payment processor policies.

 

MENA.RENT reserves the right to restrict access to services or refuse transactions in order to remain compliant with payment processor, banking, and international compliance requirements.
